SHIPPY CMO
A sweet and shippy CMO for some of Claire's girls! Just drop a comment below shouting out one of the girls listed here and let's get rolling with some tooth rotting goodness!
Other characters are also available so feel free to ask after them! The characters listed above are just the ones I'm feelin the most right now so I will be prioritizing prompts left for them!
Need a prompt? Check out one of the memes below!

[Reshaping into a taller.............
very familiar figure actually.]
It will be alright like this. If you have tended to your own wounds before, then logically your own hands are optimal for this kind of task.
[It's even her voice! Just, y'know, with Metal's general unemotiveness.]
no subject
So, you know, getting off to a great start on the medical treatment. ]
You– [ She splutters a bit. Just give her a second. ] At least give me a warning before doing something like that!

[Look, it's fine - even with Ryoko's body it's not like he doesn't maintain all the cool things that make him a cool robot. The "Ryoko" in front of her moves faster than the genuine article probably ever has, managing to close the gap between them instantly and reach out with both hands to support her as she dangles off the edge of the mattress.
Not sure what her expectations for his new look are but honestly? The hands holding her feel just like the real deal. Even the body temperature matches, eerily.]
You are injured - we discussed this only a moment ago. [He guides her back into a more...well, as comfortable as she can be lying down in her current state...position. So now she just has herself looking down at her.] I must revaluate whether you are reckless or self destructive.
no subject
I'm not being– reckless or self destructive! [ She sure is being defensive, though – thankfully, aside from sniping at him, she's not protesting being put back into bed. ] You do know that for most humans, this is fairly unsettling to see without any warning?
[ She's giving him some credit that he genuinely didn't know because this is Metal we're talking about but!! Jeez!! ]

...I see. Organic life forms are very precious regarding their identities.
[Which does encapsulate the physical aspect of it too, when he says that.]
It is something I cannot relate to. I have had several of my bodies destroyed in the past. The first time, my AI chip was even destroyed yet was recreated using data salvaged by my creator. I do not share your sentimentality.
[That's how he's referring to it. All infodumped in her voice.]
If you wish, I will adopt a different form.
no subject
It isn't sentimentality. Humans don't usually see themselves like this unless they're looking in a mirror. If I'm seeing an exact copy of myself moving around and acting without my say so, that usually means something very wrong is going on.
[ getting this sort of thing across really does feel like explaining that water is wet, sometimes. it's not exactly his fault but jeez. ]
So, yes. A different form, if you don't mind.
1/2
Very well. I will refrain from adopting your form in your company.
[And he means that literally, because if one day he has to perform tamamo related espionage she may end up being one of the people he's gotta pass as.
He can't promise he won't ever impersonate her.]
also im gonna use this account since more icons
This form is wholly unique, so it should be satisfactory, yes?
[Whether or not she notices it's his normal speaking voice without the robotic filter, well, depends on how good her ear is.]
no subject
[ they have GOT to do something about the melting into goop part!!! ]
Are you still able to go over my injuries and see exactly what the damage is in that form? You haven't lost any functionality?
[ it's not like she has any idea how this skinsona business works, she's gotta ask! ]
no subject
[He sits down on the edge of the bed, looking at her all the while, and reaches out to take a hold of her hand.
This time it's cold, just like his claws had been.
On top of that, if she looks down at his hand, she'll see the texture of his skin across his fingers gently ripple. Briefly, it regains that brushed metal look it usually has.]
This facade is only skin deep. Beneath the surface, my body is the same as it ever was.
[A roundabout way of saying "I haven't".
But "I haven't" all the same.]
Do not worry. I will do as I said I would.
no subject
... alright, then. [ She does, in fact, sound a little reassured despite everything. ] Tell me what sort of damage there is and I'll tell you where to start.
no subject
He nods in response and, still holding her hand, seems to inspect her arm by simply staring in silence.]
Nothing is broken. [So far.] The damage appears to have come from blunt force trauma. Your muscles are bruised, specifically…
[He points to a spot with his other hand.]
no subject
[ Because of course she's already thinking about how quickly she can get back out and start getting into trouble. Of course she is. ]
Is there much swelling? It might need icing before it's bandaged, otherwise it could cause problems.
no subject
[Based on what she's said, at least.]
Should I bring some here?
[he will literally carry nothing but a handful of ice here if she doesn't clarify]
no subject
Yes. There should be some icepacks in the supplies if they're treating people here. Do you know what to look for?
1/2
[He shouldn't sound slightly offended by the insinuation when he would, in fact, have done some real dumb shit if she hadn't asked for an ice pack specifically but he still does.
So he walks off to rummage around and returns a few minutes later, with the ice pack retrieved from the back.]
no subject
no subject
Give me some warning before you do that!
no subject
[Gosh, organics sure are weird!! Metal leaves the ice pack with her and stands back up straight.]
Should I retrieve more supplies in the meantime?
no subject
Bandages, if you can find them. And sterile tape. If they need to be wrapped, I don't want it all coming loose and wasting my time.
no subject
[And off he goes again; it isn't particularly different from when he went to get the ice pack. Gone for a bit, rummages, returns with the supplies in his arms.
Except for the fact that this time, he drags a little table from the other side of the room with him as he approaches, a handy spot to place supplies so that they're bed adjacent.]
no subject
To start with, just reduce the swelling and pain with the ice pack, then when it seems to be at acceptable levels, wrap it with the gauze. Not too tight, or it'll cut off circulation – just enough to provide support to the damaged muscles. Can you handle that?
[ It's not that she completely lacks faith in him! She's just being realistic!! ]
no subject
He takes a hold of the ice pack from her, pressing it against her arm - firmly, but not forcefully - until the level of swelling seems to have reached an acceptable level and puts the ice aside, so he can begin wrapping the gauze around her arm.
Surprisingly, rather than mummify her immediately, he does one or two loops of the bandage and then pauses, lifting his head a bit to look at her.]
Some discomfort is to be expected. But it is not constrictive?
[He was built to learn, even if medical aid wasn't what Eggman had in mind when he programmed his AI chip. It means he can pick up on the idea quickly.]
no subject
Still. He's picking it up quicker than expected and he's not trying to smother her with the pillow while she's so helpless so maybe she can rely on him for now. ]
Not yet, it's not. [ She flexes her fingers a few times, just to feel the tautness of the bandage. ] I won't have all of my usual range of movement, but that's to be expected with muscle strain.
no subject
[He gets to wrapping up her arm as far as he believes is necessary, gives it a final firm pull and then holds it in place with one hand. With his other hand, he manages to peel the tape off of the roll, tear it off and apply it to the bandage where necessary.
When he said he had the ability but not the knowhow, this probably displays it best; he's clearly programmed to be very dextrous.
Removing his hands from her arm now that it no longer needs tending to, Metal looks to her again and says very seriously:]
Show me your legs.
