She just grins, giving a thumbs-up as she tries to reorient herself. Right, those are her legs, those are her arms, she's more or less in one piece. Sweet. She bounces upright.]

[ As all that mess ^ up there ^ might tell you, Erina's used to getting hardcore punked on Valentine's and less used to getting sincerely gifted anything on Valentine's. The giant chocolate gunblade is about the coolest thing she's ever seen and therefore, she's deeply suspicious of it.

There's gotta be a note or something with this to indicate whether or not Sara's hell hands were involved in its creation, right? ]

[ Growing up as she has in a house that amounts to six different cultures put into a blender and then shaken not stirred, Ruu's holiday traditions aren't always a perfect match with her classmates'. Valentine's, though – that's the one day where she's on the exact same page as everyone else. She likes baking and making candies and Valentine's is the perfect excuse to do an excessive amount of it. So every year, she spends a good week or so leading up to the day itself making cookies and candies and all kinds of sweets to hand out.

She's got a system, too – the cupcakes and donuts go to family, the cookies go to classmates and the actual chocolates go out to her friends. Definitely just her friends. Not a piece of honmei to be found in her bag of treats today. No, sir.

She's just finished handing out white chocolate and pecan cookies to her clubmates and now she's heading out from the clubroom and onto the most important part of today's errand – chocolates! She's got plenty to hand out, but as she peers into her bag, she's got a complicated smile on her face. ]

It's an infamously difficult exam and most are known to flunk it. Today is the day Cattleya is supposed to return with the news... And she's making an entrance.

A distant, echoing neigh of a horse called everyone's attention in the town plaza as the approaching sound of hooved steps grows louder and louder. It's Cattleya riding on top of a iron-clad steed. [ Yeah, sure this could be from anyone. But it just to happens to be from an anyone that Erina has a considerably hard time being rude or abrasive or any of her usual responses to. It's Penny and Penny's so sweet and sincere that it makes Erina unwillingly sincere in response and on today of all days, that might just kill her.

She's been travelling alone long enough that she gets antsy if she's not on the road – and with all the people who need help, it's better for them if she can get there sooner. But things have been busy since they arrived in this town and... well, if she's going to be honest with herself, Sophie wants to be here only because she wants to make sure she sees how things have gone for Cattleya, however the result.

[ It's not exactly the face of someone who's playing a practical joke; though, really, that sort of thing is probably beyond Shion to begin with.
