[The school was abuzz when Honoka got in, and it wouldn't take her long to guess why. Every bulletin board had at least one Honoka poster and/or homemade printout of her smiling and waving or posing. The gym and the auditorium had orange stars hanging down from fishing wire from the rafters. Honoka's classroom was completely decked out with merch as well as orange paper flowers, stars, and hearts, with "I ♥ HONOCHI" written on the board.

Pretty impressive, given Haruka doesn't even go to this school.

Come lunchtime, though, Honoka will spot a pair of pink side ponytails poking out from the doorframe as she eats lunch.]

[ How long has it been when they met online? It feels like it's been both so long ago and just yesterday. Time has certainly passed as Shoji stands out here by the train platform with hands in his pockets, and Rin about a foot and a half beside him. Today is Valentine's Day, and lots of girls are giving out chocolates. He steals glances at her, afraid that the redness of his cheeks would become too obvious if he looks straight at her. Shoji is normally a confident person, but his thoughts had been nagging at him all day. Rin had given out chocolates to their friends and yet he's to receive one! Is it because she doesn't really like him that much even as a friend? Is it because he's a guy and girls just get along better that they manage to overtake him in the friend hierarchy? Or is it... No. That can't be right! That's too arrogant for him to think so. Or is it?

Shoji internally been grumbling to himself that the walk towards the train station was tense. He couldn't think of a good topic to start with, so much that he did the unthinkable and talked about the weather. They walked together to the platform pretty much in silence, with Shoji noticing the differences in Rin's appearance since they last met. She looks healthy, and happier. He couldn't help but appreciate it. Is that why he feels some fluttering in his chest. ]

So... How did that audition go, by the way?

[ He asks, referring to that online audition where people send videos of themselves singing to qualify for an idol group, just to break some ice as the wind from the arriving train blows a pleasant breeze against his hair ]

[It's the eve of the final confrontation with Ulrich. The timing is bad. Then again, maybe this is the ONLY time for this kind of talk.

It's not easy to find privacy with a group this size, but miraculously, Pierce managed to find Sophie alone.]
