Aster is a bratty tsundere princess from the kingdom of Anbell, third child to the royal family and essentially a spare kid. Happens to be her generations 'Scion', who is responsible for bringing life back to the world at the end of each Cycle, thus staving off the end of the world for the next few hundred years. Cliffnotes/quick overview for meme purposes below:

Twenty years old, blonde and blue eyed, petite and pretty.

A "chosen one" character known as the Scion
Educated and cultured, well spoken, a bit sheltered
Grouchy, prickly and more than a little spoiled on the outside

[Michiru is one of the odder members of the royal staff - while she functions as a bodyguard and general member of the guard, it’s hard for the rest of the staff to get used to her. Magical constructs, especially young ones still learning How To Human correctly, were a bit of a hurdle for anyone to get used to. Michiru doesn’t mind - truthfully, she hasn’t really noticed - but Aster has been kind to her, even if the princess would never actually admit it as such. Michiru has many siblings, other constructs like her, and a twin she’s very close to, but Aster is probably the closest person Michiru has to an older sibling.

It’s nice. Aster is nice.

It’s during one of her nightly patrols that she hears it, a soft noise from the kitchen. Michiru is small and quiet, it’s easy to make her way in unnoticed. The young girl is on high alert, but the tension immediately leaves her body as she sees it’s just Aster, working in the kitchen at...something. Cookies? Bread? ...was it even edible?]
