VOICETEST FOR YURI from DOKI DOKI LITERATURE CLUB
- Nebulously High School Aged, with long purple hair, purple eyes. She's the tallest out of the girls in all the club and is noted to have very long legs that make her look elegant when she moves.
- Technically some sort of A.I., maybe??? I'VE GIVEN UP TRYING TO UNDERSTAND THE MECHANICS OF HOW DDLC WORKS
- Your protypical shrinking violet. Constantly apologizes for and second-guesses pretty much everything she says. She's dying on the inside and outside of anxiety at any given moment.
- Intelligent, level-headed and mature
- Very introverted. Happiest when she's doing quiet activities like reading or art with a close friend.
- Not possessed of many friends or associated social skills
- Passionate and educated when it comes to literature, especially fantasy and horror
- Quite outspoken and articulate about the things she likes once you manage to get her out of her shell
- A bit too quick to get attached to people who give her approval
- Kind of into knives
- Confident, outgoing or extroverted
- Good at making friends or conversation in general
- From a particularly fantastical or non-mundane setting
- Actually a knife-crazy yandere
unless you REALLY want some Act 2 action - Aware of the nature of DDLC as just a game and nothing more
- YURI IS:
YURI IS NOT:
Like my usual CMOs, I'm totally happy to roll with assumed CR, AUs, setting transplants, BASICALLY ANYTHING YA LITTLE HEART MAY DESIRE, I'M HERE TO GET ON WITH IT.
Please be aware, though, that all threads below contain the potential for massive spoilers for Doki Doki Literature Club as well as a blanket warning for the potential of discussion of suicide, self-harm, unreality, violence and psychological horror. Please proceed with caution!

Easier to make something short, sweet, and to the point with a few variant routes to test out the VR system than, say, an entire RPG. Learned that one from experience. And if it worked as intended, then the possibilities for future immersive gameplay were practically limitless.
After initial setup, basic options, the school materialized around him. And if someone in the future might comment that the halls looked eerily similar to Domino's schools, well. A lot of school look alike. At least the uniforms were different--not hideous pink for the girls, for instance. He walked the halls, ostensibly to find the classroom where the club in question was, but feeling the movement of his character, himself, in the world of the VR. A little laggy, not something an average gamer would notice. Something to tweak later. Collision detection seemed to work like a dream, though. And the sensory feedback... He was already making a mental list of lines of code to check, numbers to correct, but so far, so good.
He almost missed the right door, lost in thought. Hi, there's an exceptionally tall and lanky and serious looking boy in the doorway.]
