CMO/OPEN POST FOR RYOKO SHINONOME

A general CMO for Ryoko Shinonome from 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim! This is a gen CMO but as usual, I'm happy to roll with assumed CR, AUs, setting transplants or calling out any CRAU version of Ryoko I've played! Basically just go ham.

Be aware that all threads below will probably have major spoilers in some form or other for 13SAR because it really do just be like that.

[She raises an eyebrow. Honestly, it smells pretty good but she doesn’t want to seem too agreeable. That would mean showing a good mood and her brain is not in that headspace when she’s hungry.]

[Oh that is. That is some immaculate smelling food. It soothes her a little, enough to not make a crack about Ryoko’s height when she ducks beneath that signage.]

[ Despite having apparently picked this place at random, Ryoko's comfortable enough to simply plop herself down in the seat and make a drink order for both of them - water for her and the promised apple juice for Yuki, because she can't not be a bit of a smartass about this. ]

Take a seat. You can order whatever you'd like – and it's busy enough in here that we'll be able to have whatever discussion we need without anyone overhearing. And if anyone's listening in, they'll have a harder time deciphering the conversation.

[Honestly, its in a busy environment that she can relax. It feels more like the city. Where you can just vanish anonymously into a crowd, unnoticed and unperceived by strangers.

She flips a chair around, so she can sit in it backwards like a punk does before it got assimilated by schoolteachers trying to look hip and relatable. She's falling into ease, shoulders relaxing. Picking up the apple juice without complaint.]

Well, what are you happy to eat? I won't pay for you to eat something if you'll end up complaining about it while you're eating.

[ And with that, she just goes ahead and spikes her hand into the air and orders for the two of them. If she adds an extra few things to make sure Yuki isn't keeling over from starvation mid-conversation then well, that's just practicality, isn't it?

Once she's done with their order, she settles back into her chair and gets right back to the business of... well, interrogating her. What a peach. ]

So, when exactly did you arrive?

Mmph. 'bout a week ago. I think. I wouldn't answer their questions when I arrived and I couldn't leave until I answered so... coulda been stuck at the arrival point longer than I thought.

I'd always known you were stubborn, but it sounds like I wasn't giving you nearly enough credit. [ a compliment from ryoko. things really are dire. ] So, what changed? You must have told them something if they were willing to let you leave.

[She shrugs.] It was more stupid than stubborn. If I just gave ‘em what they wanted, I’d have been free earlier.

It almost makes you wonder if it's supposed to be some sort of punishment for wasting their time.
