SURPRISE SOME PROMPTS

1 – texting (assumed CR)

[ It's Late Ass Hell O'Clock in the evening – definitely a time where people should be asleep. Maybe you're awake, maybe you're just drifting off but either way, you'll hear the telltale noise of your phone dinging with a new notification. It's one of three things:

    1) an incomprehensible Gen Z meme with a string of crying laughing emojis

    2) a Vine compilation that is, admittedly, pretty funny but could have waited until a normal time of morning

    3) a string of heart and start emojis and then: ]

    HEY!!!! R U AWAKE!!!! 👀
    i can't sleepppppppppp

2. assumed CR – classmates

[ Whether or not she's known as an idol at school, Stella is at least probably known as "that girl who only shows up to class 60% of the time but somehow doesn't get in trouble???". Usually she gets her notes and anything else she needs from the teacher, but today she's popping up at your desk with a sheepish smile on her face. ]

Heeeeeey! Um, could you do me a huge favour and let me copy your notes for that last class super quick? I didn't get... any of it.

[ Translation: She lost the printout she usually gets from the teacher. Bless. ]

any cr – out shopping

    Eheh... eheheh...!

[ Well that's... sinister sounding! It's not unusual to hear chatter at the grocery store or bookstore or wherever else you're out shopping today that might stock magazines. But weird laughter? That's pretty strange. If you dare to come and take a look for yourself, you'll find Stella peering down at a big shiny display of magazines, all with the same group of five, colour-coordinated girls on the cover. She's giggling gleefully to herself as she snaps a million and one pictures, before finally picking up a copy to flip through. She speeds through the pages before finally landing on whatever she was looking for and she... starts that weird laughter all over again. ]

Eheheheh! [ And now she's taking more photos on her phone...

Finally, though, she seems to realize she's not alone and she glances up from her inspection of the magazine and jumps about a foot into the air in shock when she realizes she's been caught. She has to juggle her phone and the magazine with a "hawawawa–!" of panic before finally slapping the magazine back in its place and whipping around. ]

    N–no, you've got it wrong, you've got it all wrong! I'm not a weirdo! [ ... ] I'm seriously not a weirdo!

    [ Sure, Jan. ]
